Real Estate Marketing
This is Your Edge

Real estate marketing is the key. If you want to sell your house quickly then you need to make sure as many people see it as possible. There are a couple marketing techniques to get this accomplished.

  • Website - Make sure to UPLOAD your house info on this site for tons of free exposure.

  • Yard signs - Yard signs are cheap and they let everyone know your house is for sale.

  • Flyers - These go with your yard sign. They are going to help people compare your property so be descriptive and include pictures.

  • Show your House - Have an open house. This will let interested parties see and inspect the condition of the property but most importantly it ill let you talk to potential buyers face to face.

  • Get a Real Estate Agent - Agents are not a bad thing. They can help you sell your house fast because of the systems they already have in place.

  • MLS - You can list your property in the Multiple Listing Service. This is a database of homes for sale. This lets every real estate agent have the property information.

  • Spread the Word - The number one way to sell anything is to let people know about it. In other words do not be shy about the fact your house is for sale.

When you write your house's ad make sure to be short and to the point leaving all relevant information at a quick glance. Most people are going to scan over properties until one hits their criteria.

Have all the important info such as...

  • Sq ft.

  • Acreage

  • # of bathrooms and bedrooms

  • Address

  • Contact Info

Most importantly make sure you have a lot of pictures.

Pictures will sell your house without you having to say a word. This goes double for online.
