• Add a Garage - Though not cheap, this will add the most value to a home.


• Remodel the Kitchen - Kitchens sell houses. Open the floor plan if possible.


• Add a Bathroom - The more the better.


• New Windows - This lets the buyer know your house is not going to have outrages bills.


• Privacy Fence - People love their privacy.

• Landscape - It is all about curb appeal. If a buyer pulls in the driveway and they do not like what they see chances are they are not going to buy your house. Mow your lawn, trim your bushes, edge.


• Repaint - A fresh coat of paint on the walls will help to brighten the rooms in your house and give it a more spacious feel.


• Small Repairs - Fix any squeaky doors , floors, gates, leaks, ect.


• Clean - Wipe down the windows, walls, floors, and doors. Vacuum the carpet and make sure everyone's rooms are neat and in good order. Air fresheners are a must.


• Reorganize - Try not to have your furniture clutter the rooms feel. Large couches should be against walls in smaller homes. Nick knacks should not be everywhere.
